A: We always do custom designs, OEM/ODM also welcome

Q3: Can you define the custom?

A: Which means we can develop the plush toys as per your designs (artwork/pictures...), we can add your logo on the toys, embroidered or printed as per your requirements, we can do the package based on your designs...

Q4: About the sample please clarify?

A: We can provide samples, but based on costs, for simple one always us$100/pc, taking 7 working days around, for complicated one will be us$200 or more, depends on your designs. All sample costs are refundable after your order matches MOQ.

Q5: If we have many types, but each with small qty, can you start with us?

A: Yes, we can try, only if you can accept the high unit costs. As you know this will be hard to handle, surely some extra costs added.

Q6: What about the shippment?

A: We always do FOB/CIF/DDU/express trade terms. We do have our own agent, then CIF can be your choice, if you had your own forwarder, then FOB can be done.

Shipping can be by sea/air/express, it is your call.
